What commission split does Amber Homes offer?
Commission starts at 50% and increases from there in line with performance against monthly targets. The specific tier structure is confirmed with shortlisted candidates during the recruitment process.
Is there a basic salary?
No. Amber Homes agents are commission-only, which is standard across Dubai brokerage sales roles. A basic salary may be considered on a case-by-case basis for particular candidates, and that is a conversation to have with the recruitment team rather than an advertised part of the package.
Is there a probation period?
Yes. New joiners are on a three-month probation period.
What is the sales target?
The starting target is AED 50,000 in net commission to the company. Commission tiers move up from the 50% starting split in line with performance against that monthly target.
Who pays for the RERA card?
Amber Homes pays for the RERA card. The candidate covers the RERA training and test itself, and the company pays for the card once it is issued.
When is commission paid?
In the first week of every month. Amber Homes does not delay commission payments.
Does Amber Homes provide a UAE employment visa?
Eligible employees may receive UAE employment visa support as part of their agreed employment package and in accordance with company policy.
Does Amber Homes provide medical insurance?
Eligible employees may receive medical insurance as part of their employment package and in accordance with UAE requirements and company policy.
Do I need previous Dubai real estate experience?
Previous Dubai real estate experience is preferred for property consultant roles. However, candidates with strong sales experience, professionalism, communication skills and a serious commitment to building a Dubai real estate career may also be considered.

Amber Homes agents use an AI-powered CRM and sales-management tools to organise enquiries, schedule follow-ups, manage pipelines and improve day-to-day productivity.
