Amber Homes Real Estate is a RERA-licensed Dubai brokerage (ORN 18690), established in 2017 and specialising in off-plan, ready, luxury and investment property. The company has completed more than US$1.5 billion in cumulative property sales and has been recognised as a Platinum Agency by Meraas, Nakheel and Dubai Holding for four consecutive years — 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
The experience behind the company predates it. Founder and Managing Director Ambreen Qureshi has worked in Dubai real estate since 2011, and Founder and Managing Partner Saad Waqas since 2013 — several full market cycles of changing supply, buyer confidence and capital flows.
That history shapes how Amber Homes works: property is advised as real estate, not sold as a product. Before an opportunity reaches a client it is assessed on location, price, scarcity, developer delivery history, future supply and exit — and sometimes the honest advice is not to buy.
